Before clearing your cache, please log out of College Kickstart and close any open tabs or windows pointing to College Kickstart. If possible, restart your browser.
To clear your cache:
- On a Windows PC, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select the longest time range ("All time" or "Everything"), check the "Cache" checkbox, and click Clear. This works in all supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
- On a Mac, press Command+Shift+Delete, select the longest time range ("All time" or "Everything"), check the "Cache" checkbox, and click Clear. This works in all supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
If you are concerned about losing log in information, verify that selections for 'passwords' or 'active logins' are unselected before clearing cache.
