1. Login to your account to reach the Counselor Dashboard.
2. Copy this link: https://www.collegekickstart.com/ic-renewal
Paste it into your web browser and hit "enter" or "return".
3. Select your plan based on the number of students by clicking on the blue button labeled "SIGNUP" below the plan prices. Please note that the prices shown on the panels do not reflect any discounts yet. The renewal discount will be applied during check out.
Don’t worry, if you need to increase the number of students at a later date, it's easy to upgrade by clicking the Upgrade Button on your dashboard.
4. After choosing a plan, you will see your invoice with the 20% discount automatically applied. Please refrain from clicking "Apply" next to the Discount Code input. Discounts cannot be stacked.
The renewal discount amount is shown next to "Credit Applied". The total amount you will pay is next to "Amount Payable"
Review your "Amount Payable" and click the blue button labeled "Check Out" on the bottom right of the page to proceed to payment.
NOTE: If you see a red button labeled "EXISTING USERS: Click here to login before proceeding", please make sure to login to your account before renewing your subscription. |
5. Fill out your payment information, click the check box next to "I agree to the terms of service", and click the blue button labeled "Complete Payment" to complete your purchase.
You should be redirected back to your Counselor Dashboard after completing your purchase.
If you run into any issues after renewing your subscription, you can try logging out of College Kickstart, closing your browser (Chrome, Firefox, etc), reopen the browser and clear the cache before logging back into your account. Clearing your cache will ensure smooth downloads and clear any formatting issues. You can clear your cache without affecting your history or favorite links.
