Counselor - How do I Resend the Welcome Email to my Students?

    When a student is invited to use College Kickstart, they receive a Welcome Email with their login credentials. 


    Sometimes the email gets lost or accidentally deleted in the student's inbox, or the student tries to reset their password and the reset process does not succeed.


    Counselors can resend the Welcome Email and reset a student's login credentials by hovering over the email icon in their DASHBOARD and selecting the Resend welcome email to …” option.




    Both the student and the counselor will receive the welcome email with the student's credentials.
