EDITING A STUDENT'S PROFILE
In the Counselor dashboard, click the profile icon in the 'Owner' column to open the Student Details panel. Counselors can edit account details for both Counselor-powered and Student-powered accounts.
In the Student Details panel, you can edit the student's name, email for the account, high school, and class year. Once you are done with changes, click the Save button on the bottom right of the panel.

NOTE: Our system does not allow more than one student account to have the same email. Each student account must have a unique email.
Our system does not allow 2 or more students in the same class to have the same name. Middle names and nicknames can be added to the first name separated by a single space.
If you are a high school counselor, there may be domain restrictions to the student's email. If you have any questions regarding your school's allowed list of email domains, please reach out to your Relationship Manager and Support at support@collegekickstart.com. |
