College Kickstart automatically creates a personalized Action Plan each time you run a plan. The purpose of the Action Plan is to help you minimize unnecessary work and cost.
College Kickstart will analyze the school list, different types of admission programs (early admissions, regular decision, rolling admissions), and each school's due dates (including Merit deadlines) and notification dates, sees if it's possible to break up your work into two waves:
- Wave 1 schools are schools with applications you should complete first. They may include early admission opportunities, higher ranked schools, or schools with due dates before you hear back from your early admission opportunities.
- Wave 2 schools are schools with applications you may be able to avoid completing/submitting if the news is good from one of the early admission schools you applied to in Wave 1.
NOTE: Schools with early merit deadlines are only considered if categorized as Targets or Likelies |
The Action Plan also quantifies the number of applications you may be able to avoid completing and fees you may be able to avoid paying if admitted to your highest ranked early admission opportunity.
