    How to deactivate student accounts

    AVAILABILITY

    • Independent Consultants - Large Practice Solution
    • High Schools

     

    If a student will no longer be attending your high school or Large Practice, you will now be able to remove the student's account from the ADMIN > SETTINGS > DEACTIVATE STUDENT panel.

     

     

    Counselors will be able to select one or multiple students that are no longer attending the organization from the dropdown menu.

     

    After clicking the APPLY button the selected accounts will be deactivated and removed from counselors' dashboards.
