Before clearing your cache, please log out of College Kickstart, close any open tabs pointing to College Kickstart, and restart your browser if possible.
- On a Windows PC, press Ctrl+Shift+Delete, select the longest time range ("All time" or "Everything"), check the "Cache" checkbox, and click Clear. This works in all supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Edge.
- On a Mac, press Command+Shift+Delete, select the longest time range ("All time" or "Everything"), check the "Cache" checkbox, and click Clear. This works in all supported browsers: Chrome, Firefox, and Safari.
