If you created or switched a student account into student-powered mode, and the student has no runs for their plan, then no icons will appear in the ACTIONS column for the student.
Icons such as the 4 Plan Highlights views, Personalized Plan PDF, Counselor Adjustments, and Run Kickstart will not appear until the student logs into their account and runs Kickstart for their plan at least once.
The List Progress Report will not appear until the student runs Kickstart for their plan at least twice, as the report requires two runs to compare and generate the report.
